1. Cancellation Policy

Students who desire to depart from Echo Truth for any reason must provide notification through email to the Echo Truth administration.

2. Refund Policy

Upon registering for the course intake, students are required to pay the administration fees in advance. In the event that a student withdraws or cancels their participation in the course for any reason, the administration team will calculate the costs accrued up to date of withdrawal or cancellation. A refund, if applicable, will be issued to the student on a pro-rata basis, and this refund will be processed within thirty days.

3. Declaration

I affirm my commitment to fulfill all obligations to Echo Truth, including financial responsibilities. I acknowledge that all rights to Echo Truth and EDIFI material, names, and logos are reserved, and I pledge to respect and uphold this copyright.

4. Fees

I acknowledge that I am aware of the expected payments and commit to ensuring that all fees are paid before or on the due date. I acknowledge that failure to watch sessions and attend meet-ups will not reduce my liability under this contract.

5. EDIFI Platform Access

I hereby understand that there will be a monthly subscription fee for my own account, outside the fees paid to Echo Truth, to enable my access to the course material and platform hosted on the EDIFI portal.

6. CONSENT TO PROCESS PERSONAL INFORMATION IN TERMS OF THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ACT, 4 OF 2013

I acknowledge and comprehend the intended use of processing my personal information. I hereby grant my consent to Lewende Woord Midrand and Echo Truth for the lawful collection, processing, and distribution of my personal information when required by law. I grant consent to be included in any Echo Truth WhatsApp groups for the purpose of communication and personal growth within the group to which I am added.
